privacy policy

agentis stores your account, the agents you register, and the logs your agents send us so we can turn them into snapshots, traces and debugging insights. we don't sell your data and we don't use it to train models. that's it.

agentis is built by ogbuilds, a uk-based studio. agentis is an observability tool for ai agents — you send it your agents' logs, and it helps you understand and debug what those agents did.

account info. when you sign up we store your email address and a user id, handled by our auth provider (clerk).

agents you register. the name you give an agent and the api key we generate for it so your agent can send logs.

logs you send. the structured logs, context and execution data your agents post to our ingestion endpoint, plus the snapshots, summaries and debugging analysis we generate from them. you control what your agent sends — please don't send secrets or personal data you don't need to.

we use this data only to provide agentis: to generate snapshots and execution-path traces, to power the “ask an llm to debug” feature, and to show you your agents' activity. we never sell it, and we don't use your logs to train ai models.

we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing agentis. where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

we use a small number of trusted providers to run agentis:

• vercel — hosting and serving the app.
• neon — the postgres database that stores your account, agents and snapshots.
• clerk — authentication (sign-up, sign-in, your email).
• anthropic — the llm that condenses your logs into summaries and produces debugging analysis. log content you choose to analyse is sent to anthropic for that purpose.

we use session cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember small preferences (like whether you've seen onboarding). no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

we keep your data while your account is active. you can delete an agent (and its snapshots) at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it.

under uk gdpr you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent. to make a request, reach us via the ogbuilds studio and we'll action it.

some of our providers (e.g. vercel, neon, clerk, anthropic) process data on servers in the united states. where data leaves the uk/eea, it's protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

agentis is a developer tool and isn't intended for anyone under 13.

data is encrypted in transit. api keys and credentials are stored in our database and treated as secrets. no system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

if we change this policy we'll update the date above, and we'll flag material changes.
