by using agentis you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, please don't use it.

agentis is an observability tool for ai agents: you send it your agents' logs, and it condenses them into snapshots, traces their execution paths, and helps you debug them with llm assistance.

you must be at least 13 to use agentis. you're responsible for your account, your agent api keys, and everything done with them — keep your keys secret and rotate them if exposed.

don't use agentis for anything illegal, don't abuse or try to break the service, don't scrape or reverse-engineer it, and don't use it to infringe anyone's rights. only send logs you have the right to send. ai-generated debugging output is provided as-is — review it before you rely on it.

the logs and data you send stay yours. you grant us the licence we need to operate the service — to store your logs and process them (including via our llm provider) to generate snapshots, traces and debugging analysis for you. the agentis software and brand belong to ogbuilds.

agentis relies on third parties (hosting, database, auth, and an llm provider). their availability is outside our control and your use of agentis is also subject to their terms where relevant.

agentis is provided “as is”, without warranties. ai output may be inaccurate or incomplete — it's a debugging aid, not a guarantee. don't treat it as the final word on a production incident without checking.

to the fullest extent permitted by law, ogbuilds isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. as agentis is currently free to use, our total liability is limited to £100.

you can stop using agentis at any time. we may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the service.

these terms are governed by the laws of england & wales.

we may update these terms; we'll change the date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
